This policy explains what personal data AIERA Creative collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep it simple, and we never sell your data.

What we collect
- What you send us. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name, the services you select and the contents of your message.
- Technical data. Like any website, our host records standard technical information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and the pages you view, for security and to keep the site running.
- Business contact details. If we contacted you first, we hold publicly available business contact details, typically a company name, website and a published work email address, taken from public registers or the company's own website.
Why we use it
We use the information you send only to reply to your enquiry and to provide the services you ask about. The legal basis is your consent when you contact us, and our legitimate interest in responding to and running our business. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing without your agreement.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics scripts.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of reputable service providers to host the site, handle form submissions and send email. They process data on our behalf under contract and only as needed to provide their service. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to answer you and, if we work together, for the duration of our business relationship and any period required by law. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, and to receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these rights, use the contact form or write to us at the postal address above. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In Slovenia this is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).
Design concepts
We sometimes prepare a design concept for a business before contacting it, using publicly available information. A concept is not indexed by search engines and is never published as the company's own website. If you would like a concept about your business removed, tell us and we will take it down, usually the same working day.
